比賽須知

所有選手的參賽作品和呈現方式應與報名情況一致, 並在輸入系統前確認準確。 參賽舞蹈的修改需在賽前完成,如在比賽中有任何變動,需立即通知組委會。各參賽隊伍 人員,作品及等級不得擅自變更,替換,若有需要調整的隊伍,須提前向組委會申報,徵得同意後方可進行調整,否則參賽者將面臨被組委會沒收獎項及剝奪參加決賽資格的處 罰。 參賽者需要在報名網站填寫完整的參賽作品信息,並註明舞者所在的舞蹈工作室和負責人。如以獨立參賽者身份參賽,請在工作室一欄註明:獨立。舞蹈工作室負責人需在提交參賽作品前,仔細閱讀各項免責聲明。由於比賽時長限制,比賽將按照報名的先後順序選取參賽隊伍。如報名隊伍超過本場比賽所能容納的最大數量,報名隊伍需支付25%的報名費的押金,且此押金不予退還。如未在規定日期前繳費,每隻舞蹈需額外支付15美元的滯納金。 所有款項應使用統一付款方式且在比賽開始前付清,工作人員不會在比賽過程中接受任何形式的付款。泛美中國舞蹈聯盟( PACDA)將保留在不可預見的情況下,增加比賽日或更改比賽地點的權利。保留因報名 隊伍不足賽事最低人數舉辦標準,取消比賽的權利,並退還所有費用(報名費,押金,及 滯納金)。若報名人數已經達到舉辦標準,且比賽行程確定,但因極端天氣,戰爭等任何 不可抗力因素而不能如期舉辦比賽,組委會將不會退於任何費用。

GENERAL INFORMATION

All entries and performances must be correct and verified through the studio’s roster in the Studio Center. Any changes to dancers in performances must be made prior to the competition. If a change occurs at the competition the Competition Director must be notified immediately. Any changes to groups sizes, age divisions and or levels must be made a week prior to performing and competing. Failure to comply may result in the forfeit of any prizes and disqualification for participating in the Finals.

Official online entries must be completed in their entirety. ALL entries must be registered with a dance studio and represented by a studio owner or director. You may enter as “Independent” only If you are not associated with any studio or group. Studio Owners/Directors must check the Release of Liability Clause on every official entry submitted. Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be limited to the amount of performance time available. Once a competition is announced as FULL, a non-refundable 25% deposit based on 100% of the entry fee will be required for studios who would like to guarantee their entries. The method of payment must be the same for both deposit and balance. Any cancellations of entries will result in a loss of all deposits and entry fees for that event. There will be a $15 late fee per act after the deadline date. No entries will be processed without full payment. All balances must be paid in FULL prior to the competition. Absolutely NO payments will be accepted at the competition event. Pan America Chinese Dance Alliance (PACDA) reserves the right to add additional competition days and/or move the competition location due to unforeseen circumstances. PACDA also reserves the right to cancel any event that does not meet the minimum number of acceptable entries. In the event of a canceled competition, all entry fees will be refunded. There will be NO refunds for entries if the required minimum number of acts are registered and the competition has been confirmed.

泛美中國舞蹈聯盟(PACDA)和協辦機構對於活動區域內,參賽者和觀眾的人身財產的各類損失不承擔任何責任。舞蹈作為一項肢體活動,包含一定的風險,參賽隊員必須保證自身狀況良好,了解並自行承擔比賽過程中任何有可能的身體損傷。泛美中國舞蹈聯盟( PACDA)的理事,工作人員,和志願者均對此不承擔任何責任。參賽者或負責人在報名時,需同意並簽署免責條款,否則組委會有權拒絕參賽隊伍報名。
由於比賽是在公開場合舉辦,泛美中國舞蹈聯盟(PACDA)希望所有來賓: 1.隨時照看好自己的小孩。 2.看管好自己的隨身物品。 3.時刻注意周圍環境,如發現任何可疑行跡,請立即通知工作人員。 4.注意自身安全,輕鬆愉快的觀賞比賽。

SAFETY

PACDA and the hosting facility are not responsible for any kind of damage, loss or injury sustained by contestants or spectators or their property while attending any area of the venue premises. Dancers competing take certain inherent risks when involved in any physical activity. Participation in this competition indicates the acceptance of such risks by the performers. Therefore, upon registration to any PACDA event, it is agreed that participants will not hold PACDA, its directors, employees or volunteers responsible for injuries that occur or illnesses that may be contracted during the competition event. Studio Owner/Directors agree to adhere to the Release of Liability Clause which is completed during the registration process.

Due to PACDA being a public event, PACDA encourages all attendees to:

  • Supervise children at all times
  • Be responsible for personal belongings
  • Be aware of surroundings and inform a PACDA team member of unsuitable or suspicious activity
  • Stay safe and have fun while attending PACDA events!

A. 組別

  • 專業組(國立藝術院校舞蹈專業在校或畢業生 / 每週上舞蹈課時間超過20小時)
  • 非專業A組(民營藝術院校舞蹈專業在校或畢業生/每週上舞蹈課時間超過10小時)
  • 非專業B組(課後興趣班在校學生每週上舞蹈課時間不多於10小時)

 

B. 舞蹈種類:

  • 中國民族民間舞
  • 中國古典舞
  • 中國古典舞(漢唐)
  • 芭蕾舞
  • 當代舞
  • 其他(如:現代舞、國際標準舞、爵士舞等)

 

C. 參賽形式:

  • 獨舞 (每個獨舞參賽者只限參加一次同一舞蹈類型的小組賽)
  • 雙人舞 (每個雙人舞參賽者只限參加一次同一舞蹈類型的小組賽)
  • 三人舞 (每個三人舞參賽者只限參加一次同一舞蹈類型的小組賽)
  • 集體舞 (每個團體只限參加一次同一舞蹈類型的小組賽)

 

D. 作品時長:

  • 獨舞、雙人舞、三人舞 – 3分鐘內
  • 小集體舞(4-10 人) – 5 分鐘內
  • 大集體舞 (11-24人)- 6 分鐘內
  • 剧目(25人以上)- 8分钟内
  • 超時扣分 – 每超0.1 – 30秒扣1分

 

E. 年齡組別:(按2019年1月1日的實際年齡; 雙、三、集體舞以參賽選手平均年齡為準;組別按照預賽時組別參加)

          ○      十佳白金獎(100-95分)- 每個獲獎作品1樽獎杯
          ○      白金獎(94.99-85分)- 每個獲獎作品1樽獎杯
          ○      金獎(84.99-80分)- 每個獲獎作品1樽獎杯
          ○      优秀表演獎(79.99分以下)- 每個獲獎作品1張獎狀

 

  • 另外設立:

          ○      評委特選獎 – 每個評委給予1樽獎杯
          ○      桃李精神獎(最佳團隊、最佳技巧、最佳表現等)- 每個獲獎作品1樽獎杯

  • 獲得白金獎及十佳白金獎的原創作品的編導教師將獲得“優秀編導獎” – 每個獲獎作品1張獎狀
  • 獲得三個以上預賽白金獎及十佳白金獎的帶隊老師可獲得“桃李滿園獎” – 每個老師1張獎狀
  • 以上各類獎項可空缺
  • 組委會保留最終評定權

 

G. 音樂伴奏要求:

  • 組委會只接受MP3形式的伴奏音樂
  • 伴奏音樂需於比賽開始前1個月上傳到報名網站, 逾期不予接受
  • 請參賽隊做好備份音樂U盤, 以備無法正常播放時使用

 

H. 舞蹈內容要求:

  • 舞蹈內容需積極向上、適合各年齡層觀眾,注重美育和身心健康的培養,富于時代精神。
  • 拒絕以宗教誤導及政治宣傳為目的的作品參賽,組委會有權終止參賽舞蹈和取消選手的參賽資格。

 

A. Entry Level

  • Professional (Contestants in the level practice dance for more than 20 hours per week)
  • Amateur A (Contestants in the level practice dance for more than 10 hours per week)
  • Amateur B (Contestants in the level practice dance for less than 10 hours per week)

 

B. Dance Categories:

  • Chinese Folk Dance
  • Chinese Classic Dance
  • Chinese Classic Dance (Han/Tang Dynasty)
  • Ballet
  • Contemporary Dance
  • Others (i.e. Modern Dance, International Ballroom Dance, Tap, Jazz)

 

C. Group Categories

  • Solo:

Soloists are allowed to compete in multiple dance categories, but may only register one performance in each category of dance.

  • Duet:

Duet performers are allowed to compete in multiple dance categories, but may only register one performance in each category of dance.

  • Trio:

Trio performances are allowed to compete in multiple dance categories, but may only register one performance in each category of dance.

  • Group:

Group performances are allowed to compete in multiple dance categories, but may only register one performance in each category of dance.

 

D. Time Limit

  • Solo / Duet / Trio: Maximum of 3 minutes
  • Small Group (4-10 dancers): Maximum of 5 minutes
  • Large Group (11-24 dancers): Maximum of 6 minutes
  • Super Group (25+ dancers): Maximum of 8 minutes
  • A one (1) point deduction will be made for every 30 seconds the dance exceeds the time limit.

 

E. Age Categories (as of January 1, 2019)

Amateur Level

●      Young Children: 5-7

●      Children Group A: 8-10

●      Children Group B: 11-12

●      Teen Group A: 13-15

●      Teen Group B: 16-18

●      Young Adult A: 19-29

  • For group performances, the average age of the entire group will be used to determine the age category.

 

F. Awards

  • By Categories and Groups based on judges’ points:
    • Elite Platinum (100 – 95 pts) – 1 Trophy per dance
    • Platinum (94.99 – 85 pts) – 1 Trophy per dance
    • Gold (84.99 – 80 pts) – 1 Trophy per dance
    • Excellent Effort (79.99 pts and below) – 1 Certificate per dance
  • Other awards:
    • Judges’ Choice – 1 Trophy per judge
    • Taoli Spirits (Best Teamwork, Best Techniques, Best Expression, etc.) – 1 Trophy per dance
  • Outstanding Choreographer Award: Platinum and Elite Platinum award winners’ original choreography (indicated in contestants’ entry forms) – 1 Certificate per dance
  • Award for Teaching Excellence: instructors with three or more Platinum and Elite Platinum award winners – 1 Certificate per instructor
  • Any of the above-mentioned awards can be unfulfilled
  • The Planning Committee reserves the rights for final decisions

 

G. Music

  • Competitors are responsible for providing their own music
  • The music file must be uploaded to the online registration system 1 (one) month before the competition date. Late file submissions may not be accepted.
  • The music file must be in “.mp3” format. Other formats will not be accepted.
  • Competitors are required to bring at least one backup USB drive on the day of the competition in the event of a technical malfunction.

 

H. Additional Requirement

  • Dances should be suitable for the audience of any age
  • Any promotion of religious beliefs and/or political propaganda is prohibited.
